The treadmill's Mach Z motor is powerful enough to hold up to heavy use, making it ideal for families or folks who run for long periods of time. The 690 also includes four preset performance workouts and four preset distance workouts to help you meet your goals. The performance workouts are each designed by a certified personal trainer, and teach you to run faster, jump higher, and get stronger.
